Keith, who has many years experience of in strategy, change management, and governance in a global bank, advocates for companies to take action now to build a stronger business and brand with more engaged employees and customers.
Hugo Domingues is the General Manager of Enernouva and the Business representative for Energie® in the Middle East. Enernouva LLC is a UAE-based holding company that was established in 2016 and has the mission to successfully deploy energy-efficient turnkey solutions to reduce electricity consumption and the carbon footprint in the Middle East Region. Among its portfolio, it holds Energie® with its thermodynamic solar panel system specialized in domestic hot water (DHW) applications for hotels, office buildings, and villas; secondly, Astralpool® - air to water heat pumps specialized in heating and cooling swimming pools, and CryoGenX4® - an enhancement fluid to recover performance levels for refrigeration and cooling systems. Hugo Domingues graduated from the Catolica Porto Business School – Portugal and holds a master’s degree in Management. He started his professional career developing high-tech safety products in the European market before becoming International Sales Manager in the world’s leading Thermodynamic Solar Panel Company, increasing the brand’s presence in the global markets. In 2016, he moved to the UAE to continue promoting the awareness of thermodynamic solar energy products and overcoming constraints for implementing solar-powered water heating solutions. Passionate about energy efficiency and renewable energy, he has been an active member of the Clean Energy Business Council (CEBC) since 2016, and since 2019 contributing to the CEBC Energy Efficiency Working Group, where he has been collaborating with municipalities and other government entities to develop green building guidelines, white papers, and reports. Since 2017, this technology has been implemented in some of the best hotel brands and hospitals in the UAE, reducing operational costs and carbon footprint by up to 90%.

I have acquired multiple certifications and hands-on process improvement knowledge starting from Effective Policy Writing, Standard Operating Procedures, and Managing Customer Satisfaction in accordance with proven international Best Practices of ISO Quality systems including auditing.

Started my career as an Executive Chef in Dubai when I was 28 years old, and be a part of the pre-opening team for WAFI Pyramids, where we launched various popular dining venues, which won several Dining Awards. Managing menu reconstruction and concept development of a set of restaurants and bars in London, Manchester and Leeds, and helped establish the famous Parisian brand Galleries Lafayette Le Gourmet. Now, as the Executive Chef at Sofitel Dubai the Obelisk, in charge of culinary operations across the five well-established restaurants: Brasserie Boulud, Taiko Dubai, The Nine Gastropub, Bijou Patisserie and Soleil Pool and Lounge, Meeting & Banqueting rooms. With a team of 97 chefs with a core value of Authenticity, Quality, Diversity, Creativity, and value sustainability with the brand of the French style, culture and art-de-vivre.
